Experience
Lee is an environmental psychologist and founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing. He is an advocate of bringing natural elements to urban design and works with organisations to explore the benefits of social and biophilic design as part of a comprehensive wellbeing strategy. He regularly features in international publications talking about nature, while spending his weekends in the forest with his children. His connection to nature has been ignited by his journey to learn to walk again.
Education
Lee has an MSc in Environmental Psychology from the University of Surrey, where he researched the impact of nature within office environments. He also holds a BSc in International Business Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
