“Beyond the city’s buildings lies a world of natural wonder, where the joy of exploring the great outdoors opens up. Along with the fun, there’s a quiet lesson in sharing these spaces respectfully with the animals that call them home.”
Experience:
After a year of editorial experience in book publishing and five years in tech and research, she’s now part of the Outforia writing crew.
She started her writing career with serious, formal research papers but later switched to writing stories that lots of people could enjoy, sharing what nature has to offer.
She’s not just into writing, though. She grew up in busy Quezon City, where she didn’t see much nature. That made her even more interested in the great outdoors. She’s all about seeing new places and soaking up the beauty of the wild.
Now, she’s doing the two things she loves most—writing and traveling—and telling other nature lovers all about it.
Her nature trips also made her realize that the Earth is not just a playground for people—it’s a home for all kinds of life, and we need to treat it with care. She understands that the places she goes to are more than just tourist spots; they are homes for animals, too. With that, she advocates for mindful exploration that honors the animals who call these places home.
Education:
Daryll improved her writing at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where she studied English and worked on various kinds of writing, such as essays, research, and creative pieces.
